• Providing an information organizer for gathering data necessary for accounting and tax reporting
• Preparation of the inventory
• Post-mortem estate, income, and inheritance tax planning
• Preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, as required
• Preparation of fiduciary income tax returns for the estate and related trusts, as required
• Preparation of decedent’s final federal and state income tax returns, as required
• Calculation of personal representative and trustee commissions
• Representation before Internal Revenue Service in connection with its examination of the federal estate tax return

Depending on your needs, these are the additional services that we can provide:

• Searching for undisclosed/unknown assets
• Assist with preservation and liquidation of investments, when necessary
• Assist in verification and payment of debts, funeral, and administrative expenses
• Assist in distribution to heirs in accordance with the terms of the will or the intestate laws of the decedent’s state
• Recordkeeping and preparation of required documents
